Maritime Shooting Sports is pleased to offer several methods of refinishing your firearm.  Before choosing a finish it's very important thing to consider what the firearm will be used for.  For example, if you're going to use your firearm around water corrosion resistance will be very important to you.  Another point to keep in mind is the condition of the firearm itself.  Refinishing will apply a new finish to  the firearm however pits, large gouges or scrapes, and other deep imperfections will show through most finishes.  Sometimes these imperfections can be removed, but it may take considerable labour and cost to do so.  We will be happy to evaluate your firearm and advise you of any such defects before we proceed with applying any new finish.  For your consideration we have provided some general information on the finishes we offer.  Please feel free to browse the info below and to drop by or contact us to discuss what finish would best suit your needs and firearm.
