Firearms coming to Maritime Shooting Sports are to be accompanied by their valid registration certificate.
All persons wishing to purchase or handle firearms or ammunition must have a valid POL/ PAL/RPAL license, issued to them by the Canadian Firearms Program, for the appropriate class of the item in question.
The Canadian Firearms Program (CFP) is responsible for the regulations and laws governing firearms. The word of the CFP takes precedence over that of all other informative sources. If you have a question regarding firearms laws or regulations it is best to contact the CFP directly.
RETURNS
NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE
There will be no returns on special order items.
New firearms and accessories covered under warranty are warrantied by the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer for warranty claims.
PAYMENT
Maritime Shooting Sports can accept cash, debit and credit card. Cheque, money order and EMT can be accepted if conditions are arranged before purchase. Payment will be accepted, and receipts will be issued, by Cardinal Fire and Safety, a Denshaw Holdings Company

Payment is due at time of sale/pick up, unless otherwise arranged.
Special order items may require a down payment before order is placed.
